Diabetes insipidus with dilated cardiomyopathy and premature ventricular contractions: case report

Introduction: Central diabetes insipidus (CDI) results from a deficiency of arginine vasopressin (AVP) secretion. It is treated by replacement therapy with the synthetic AVP analogue desmopressin.
